The hotel had a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, with tastefully furnished modern European style. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The convenient location allowed for easy access to the MTR and airport express. The hotel provided USB charging ports, a complimentary hand phone, and welcome drinks and tarts.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, right in the center of Shim sha shui and next to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. The service was outstanding, with a friendly manager who catered to our every need. The room amenities were top-notch, with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant buffet and special diet menus available. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were also impressed with the leisure facilities, including free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and live entertainment. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We had a fantastic stay with really good staff, cleanliness, and convenient location just off the main shopping area. The hotel facilities were great, with a cozy and comfortable room. The breakfast provided was satisfying, and transportation was readily available, with the metro station and various restaurants and department stores nearby.
